The printing resin film (1) for laminating high-sharpness decorative laminated sheet is characterized by having as a surface resin layer (11) an oriented resin film having a surface orientation factor and the difference between a maximum and minimum values of in-plane refractive index defined within preset ranges and by being laminated as lower layers thereof with a transparent resin layer excellent in embossing, printing layer, base material resin layer (7), coloring resin layer (5) and adhesion resin layer (4).
