| abstract |
The present invention utilizes a dark yellow (DY) ink in addition to conventional basic color inks of cyan (C), magenta (M), yellow( Y), and the like. In accordance with the technique of the present invention, a printer forms a dot of DY ink in place of each dot of Y ink, C ink or M ink. Such a design increases the degree of freedom for judging formation of dot and relaxes the ink duty limitation. Consequently, an image of higher image quality can be printed. |
