abstract | The invention provides an anti-reflection material showing excellent properties of glare-proof, anti-reflection and durability as well as remaining these properties while imparting with anti-static charge therefor, and a polarization film using thereof. The invention also provides a process for preparing the anti-reflection material, which comprises directly or through another anti-reflection layer designating an anti-reflection layer on one surface of a transparent substance, designating a low reflection layer having a reflective ratio being lower than which of anti-reflection layer on the surface of said anti-reflection layer, and further applying a surface hydrophilic treatment to the top surface thereof. |
