abstract |
A biologically purified Streptomyces candidus Y21007-2 strain is CCRC 910055. A fermentation liquid for preparing the Streptomyces candidus Y21007-2 strain. A method for preparing an antifungal agent comprises aerating a suitable cultivation medium to cultivate a Streptomyces candidus Y21007-2 strain. In which the cultivation temperature is 15-45 DEG C. In which the cultivation temperature is 25-35 DEG C. In which the cultivation temperature is 30 DEG C. In which the strain is cultivated in pH 6.0-9.0. In which the strain is cultivated in pH 7.5-8.5. A method for preparing a Borrelidin comprises aerating a suitable cultivation medium to cultivate a Streptomyces candidus Y21007-2 strain, and separating a Borrelidin from the culture in which the cultivation temperature is 15-45 DEG C. |
