abstract |
The present invention provides a radiation sensitive composition, which contains (A) a coloring agent, (B) alkali-soluble resin, (C) polyfunctional monomer and (D) photopolymerization initiator, which is a radiation sensitive composition to form a color layer on a driving substrate of a thin-film transistor (TFT) system color liquid crystal display device. It also provides a thin-film transistor (TFT) system color liquid crystal display device having a coloring layer formed directly by or via a passivation film on a driving substrate, and the coloring layer is formed of the radiation sensitive composition. |
