abstract |
The EL display of the present invention is provided to prevent lowering of voltage applied to anode and prevent deterioration of display quality. In the present invention, a wide part WD4 is mounted on an anode 25 and a wide part WD3 is mounted on wiring HS2 extended from a cathode terminal TN2. Then a large-sized contact CN1 is formed at this part. A conductive material 100 formed of oxides is intervened therein to contact an anode 25 in this contact CN1. |
