The present invention relates to the isolated microbial strains of Rhizopus sp. M-303 (CCRC 930027), Saccharomyces cerevisiae Y-202 (CCRC 920015), and Pediococcus pentosaceus L-101 (CCRC 910113), and the methods for producing sweet alcohol-containing food by using said microbial strains for pure culture fermentation, and the products produced by said methods such as Tien-chiu-niang. |
