titleOfInvention | Method for producing shrinkage ultra-fine fiber cloth |
abstract | A method for producing an shrinkage ultra-fine fiber cloth comprises using an ordinary mixed spinning method or a composite spinning method to spin a polymer (A), which can be dissolved by an organic solvent or an alkaline solution, and a polymer (B) having a low crystallinity into an ultra-fine fiber which is used to produce cloth. The thermal shrinkage property of the fiber is used to process the cloth to increase the denseness of the cloth. Next, an ordinary weight reduction process is used to process the cloth to obtain a shrinkage ultra-fine fiber cloth. Alternatively, a polymer (B) having a low crystallinity and a polymer (C) having a different degree of crystallization are aligned at an ordinary interval to from ultra-fine fiber which is then woven into an ultra-fine fiber cloth. After the abovementioned shrinkage processing according to the present invention, a denser shrinkage ultra-fine fiber cloth can be obtained. |
