titleOfInvention | Organic electro-luminescence device |
abstract | The present invention relates to a structure improvement for organic electro-luminescence device. At least one chamber, which contains a drying substrate to absorb moisture, is placed at the periphery of a sealing case that covers organic layers and opposed electrode. When the sealing case together with the chamber is put on the substrate to seal the organic layers, a sealing pad is put at the bottom of the chamber to isolate the internal space of the sealing case from the outside environment. The external moisture penetrating through the sealing pad is absorbed by the drying substrate in the chamber. Therefore, the outside moisture cannot spoil the dry environment inside the sealing case. The dark spot is prevented from forming and the device has a longer life. |
