titleOfInvention | Easy field depth testing method |
abstract | The easy field depth testing method of the present invention utilizes a specific testing figure obliquely placed on a carrying face. The height of the oblique placement is restricted by the range predetermined to be tested. Then, a moving scan is performed. After scanning, images with different heights can be obtained, which is partitioned into a plurality of blocks. Based on the image histogram described by each block, the maximum and minimum values in the figure are determined to calculate the modulation transfer function (MTF). With this method, the distribution range curve of the field depth can be obtained, and the CCD and lens can be adjusted to an optimal focus point. |
