abstract The invented charge pump of phase lock loop contains the followings: the charge pump circuit, which is connected to the inverse reference signal input terminal and the feedback signal; the first signal transmitter, which is connected to the inverse reference signal input terminal and reference signal input terminal; the second signal transmitter, which is connected to the inverse feedback signal and the feedback signal; and the feedback circuit, which is respectively connected with the signal transmitter stated above and the output terminal of charge pump circuit, and is used to eliminate the parasitic capacitance effects in the output signal so as to obtain better reference signal input and current signal accuracy of feedback signal.
