| abstract | The present invention provides a cassette for holding a slide glass, which will not waste the dyeing liquid even when treating a small quantity of sample, and an automatic sample preparing apparatus being capable of automatically carrying out the process from smearing to dyeing the sample and having a high freedom in operating and controlling the slide glass. Said automatic sample preparing apparatus D comprises of a smearing part 1, a cassette 2, a carrying part3, a holding part 4, a dyeing part 5 and a keeping part 6. Smearing part 1 is for smearing a blood on said slide glass 10. Cassette 2 comprises a holding part, being capable of holding a piece of slide glass 10 and a liquid, and a suspension part connecting to said holding part. Carrying part 3 is for setting and carrying said cassette. Holding part 4 is for holding the smeared slide glass 10 one by one in said cassette 2. Dyeing part 5 dyes the smeared slide glass 10. Keeping part 6 keeps the cassette wherein the smear slide glass 10 is hold. |
