titleOfInvention Collector substrate of electrode for alkaline secondary battery, the electrode using the same, and the alkaline secondary battery mounted with the same
abstract The present invention relates to a collector substrate of electrode for alkaline secondary battery, the electrode using the same, and the alkaline secondary battery mounted with the same, and more specifically, to a new collector substrate with lower cost and excellent keeping capability for electric coupling agent, and capable of providing suitable collecting efficiency and the spraying electrode manufactured with the collector substrate, especially a spray-type Ni electrode, and a alkaline secondary electrode mounted with the electrode, especially the NiH secondary electrode. The present invention provides: an excellent keeping capability for electric coupling agent; an improved efficiency of active substance; a collector substrate for the electrode of the alkaline secondary electrode with increased discharging characteristic of the battery and the electrode using the same and the alkaline secondary electrode. The collector substrate is formed with a plurality of openings by power pressing method on the surface of the metal powder sintering plate with the thickness (t) under 80 μm in which the periphery of the opening becomes a burr portion with protrusions in opposite directions.
