abstract | The present invention provides the formulation and preparation method of a kind of tractable polyimides that are organic-soluble with controllable solubility and can afford films with excellent mechanical properties and good thermal stability. The polyimides are prepared from an aromatic diamine having tert-butyl group, i.e., 1,4-bis(4- aminophenoxy)-2-tert-butyl-benzene, or its mixture with other diamines, and a mixture of dianhydrides that containing DSDA or 6FDA or other diether-dianhydrides. |
