titleOfInvention | Liquid crystal display and inspection method thereof |
abstract | To provide a liquid crystal display and an inspection method thereof which are capable of inspecting the connected state of a transfer, while guaranteeing an electrical connection between a pad and the transfer. In a conductive pad (1008) of a transfer (1003) that electrically connects two substrates, a light transmitting portion (1102) is formed from indium titan oxide (ITO). Through this light transmitting portion, the connected state of the transfer (1003) connected on the opposite side can be visually confirmed. The light transmitting portions adjacent in the peripheral direction of the pad are disposed at angles of approximately 90 degrees, while the two light transmitting portions facing each other in the direction are disposed approximately parallel. Since the light transmitting portion composed of ITO is formed in the conductive pad, the connected state of the transfer can be inspected through the array substrate and conduction can also be assured. |
