titleOfInvention Fail-safe control system of equipment for supplying gas of liquid fuel
abstract Disclosed is a fail-safe control system of equipment for supplying gas of liquid fuel, wherein two gas supplying and transmitting control valves, a pressure monitoring switch, an oil gas tube thermostatic device, a canister thermostat device are provided on a canister primarily for containing pentane. A temperature control switch and fuse are installed in the oil gas tube and the canister thermostat device. The gas supplying control valve is connected to an air compressor. The gas transmitting control valve is connected to a range. Prior to turning on power it is monitored to determine whether the temperature within the canister and the oil gas is within the range of 35 to 50 DEG C and the pressure in the canister after mixing of gas an oil is within 2.0 to 2.5 kg/cm<SP>2</SP> to serve as basis for automatic temperature and pressure elevation such that the oil gas is atomized under the control of the configured pressure elevation in the canister and temperature prior to being transmitted to the range for combustion. This invention implements the features of the atomized oil gas not being able to be ignited because of the change in the oil/gas ratio once the oil gas comes into contact with the ambient and because of the dissipation effect, using the fuse to automatically switch off the power of the temperature control switch when the temperature of fuse exceeds a predetermined temperature, and properly releases the pressure under over-loading, so as to ensure the system to be operated under a safe condition under the supervision of the control system of the supplying equipment.
