abstract | This invention relates to a production apparatus for reduced iron to produce a reduced iron with high metallization and to improve the operation efficiency of a reducing furnace by preventing the intrusion of the outer air into a furnace. In the production apparatus of the reduced iron for producing the reduced iron by reducing granulated pellets of mixed powder of raw iron material and reducing agent are placed in high temperature to reduce iron, a furnace hearth 34 formed as annular shape is rotatably supported and a furnace wall 37 and a roof are arranged so as to cover the upper part and the side part of this furnace hearth 34 to form a space part S in a high temperature environment. On the roof, a pellet supplying part 44 and a pellet discharging part 45 are adjacently arranged, and center part partitions 53a, 53b, 53c and side part partitions 54a, 54b, 54c are arranged to separate the pellet supplying part 44. |
