titleOfInvention Tristate sensing circuit and signal generating circuit including the same
abstract A tristate sensing circuit and a signal generating circuit including the same are provided. The tristate sensing circuit according to the present invention includes first and second switching units and a sensing signal generator. The first switching unit generates an activated first response signal when the voltage of the output signal is higher than a predetermined first reference voltage. The second switching unit generates an activated second response signal when the voltage of the output signal is higher than a predetermined second reference voltage which is higher than the first reference voltage. The sensing signal generator generates a sensing signal activated by the first and second response signals when the output signal has a voltage higher than the first reference voltage and lower than the second reference voltage. Another signal generating circuit according to the present invention includes a main circuit and a tristate compensating circuit. The main circuit compares the voltages of at least two input signals and generates an output signal. The tristate compensating circuit receives the output signal and provides a control signal to the main circuit to change the output signal to a CMOS level when the voltage of the output signal is in a tristate level. The main circuit can be a reference voltage generating circuit or an arbitrary internal voltage generating circuit.
