titleOfInvention | Method for producing environmentally friendly product from waste tire |
abstract | A method for producing an environmentally friendly product from waste tire comprises: removing the tire treads from a waste tire; cutting the tire into tire edges and tire belly; removing the steel wires in the tire belly and cutting the tire edges into rubber sheets; cutting the rubber sheets into strips; and using an uneven mold and a sharp knife for pressing the rubber into rubber strip units for insertion and assembling into grid-like tread pad products. Furthermore, the method can also comprises: removing the tire treads and processing by pressing; adding a heating-type PU into the generated waste tire filaments and powder; mixing the mixture; pouring the mixture into a round mold; after drying and demolding, obtaining a cylindrical rubber block; slicing the rubber block into square pad sheets. Furthermore, the square pad sheet can be laminated on a substrate and a silicone rubber delamination layer to produce a PU backface with 3-D patterns, thereby forming a waste tire recycled product with stripes or patterns on the top surface thereof. The invented method can effectively recycle a waste tire and increase its economic value. |
