abstract | The present invention relates to a solid electrolyte capacitor and the manufacturing method thereof which comprises a solid electrolyte containing layer and a conductor layer containing metal powder, or a conductive carbon layer and a conductor layer containing metal powder and formed thereon; in which, at least one of the solid electrolyte layer and the conductor layer is composed of rubber-like elastic material. The present invention also relates to the solid electrolyte used in the solid electrolyte capacitor and the manufacturing method for the solid electrolyte; and, relates to the conductive paste used in the solid electrolyte capacitor and the conductive carbon paste. The inventive solid electrolyte capacitor provides the features of such as miniaturization, high capacity, low impedance and having excellent external stress relaxation, productivity, heat-resistance and moisture-resistance. |
