This invention describes a flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition containing (a) thermoplastic resin and (b) phenol-formaldehyde resin compound containing nitrogen heterocyclic moiety and phosphorus as flame retardant. This flame-retardant thermoplastic resin composition can be used to make electronic products, electrical appliances and automobile parts as it contains no halogen, possesses excellent non-flammability and high heat resistance. |
