titleOfInvention Incombustible board for interior decoration and facing architectures and a process for preparation thereof
abstract Activated clay is mixed with fine sawdust and/or powder of the heart of kaoliang stalk, small amount of a coloring agent and bittern contained calcium sulphate, calcium silicate, magnesium or magnesium chloride and etc, or a composition of components identical to said bittern in paste phase, then said paste phase mixture 1 is supplied together with glassfiber layers 2, 2 providing on the upper and lower of the said mixture 1 separately on any one of molding plates selected from glass, acryl, polycarbonate, polyvinyl chloride or polypropylene plates passing through continuously and the materials of said molding plates, in situ, are passed through mixture-separative sandwich rollers to give a certain thickness of a mixture sheet by pressing, surface of the mixture sheet is coated by an epoxy resin layer 3 to have flat and slick surface, on the epoxy resin layer 3 an adhesive layer 4, a transfer film layer 5, ultraviolet curable adhesives 6 and a protection film layer 7 are coated by adherence in turn to give an incombustible board. This board is manufactured by brief and convenience process, many kinds of materials are not needed, the resulting products are firm and light, on the surface of the products multiple color patterns can be exposed selectively.
