This invention describes a photosensitive resin composition containing (A) a binder with carboxyl group (B) a photo polymerizable compound having at least one polymerizable ethylene type unsaturated group in the molecule, (C) a photo initiator. Such composition can be used to produce thin film with good mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and flexibility for the application of photosensitive element. |
