abstract |
The present invention relates to a solid electrolytic capacitor provided with a solid electrolyte layer on the dielectric film formed on the surface of a valve-action microporous metal sheet, which is characterized in that at least part of the solid electrolyte layer takes a layer structure. Particularly, a solid electrolytic capacitor has (1) a solid electrolyte layer made of a conductive polymer having specific fused-ring structures in which sulfoquinone anions having both sulfo anion groups and quinone structures and other anions are contained and (2) a solid electrolyte layer made of a conductive polymer having specific fused-ring structures in which anthracenesulfonic acids and other anions are contained. |
