abstract | A irradiation-sensitive composition using for color-filter, which comprises (A) coloring agent; (B) at least one monomer was selected from dicarboxic acid mono (2-acryloyloxyic ester) and dicarboxic acid mono (2-methacryloyloxyic ester), and alkyl-solubable resins contain copolymers of mono-functional monomers which can be copolymerized with these said monomers; (C) multi-functional monomers; and (D) photo-polymerization initiators. These compositions also show excellent development effect while contain high pigemtns. In particular, it would not take place residues and pollutants on un-exposed parts of substrates and mask layers, and also impart patters with good adherence to substrates and mask layers. |
