A composition characterized by containing water and a concentrate, said concentrate contains: (a) a hydroxylamine-substituted organosulfonate, which is produced by reacting an aralkyl ether sulfonic acid with a hydroxylamine salt selected from the group consisting of hydroxylammonium nitrate, hydroxylammonium sulfate, and combinations thereof, wherein said aralkyl ether sulfonic acid is selected from the group consisting of alkylated diphenyl oxide sulfonic acid having at least one C4-C20 linear alkyl-substitution on a phenyl ring, (b) an organic or inorganic salt of a polycarboxylated C9-C11 linear alcohol alkoxylate, and (c) a C8-C10 linear alcohol alkoxylate, wherein the amount of component (a) is between 20 and 75 weight percent, component (b) is present in an amount of between 2.5 and 25 weight percent, and component (c) being between 10 and 75 weight percent, all weight percents being based upon the weight of said composition concentrate, and said concentrate is present in said composition in an amount of between 0.01 weight percent and 20 weight percent, based upon the weight of said composition. |
