abstract |
This invention is a kind of method and device for arraying metallic spheres, which especially refers to the method and device of arraying the delicate metallic spheres as the sphere striking in the electrode on the semiconductor installation substrate or the semiconductor device electrode; and the first is constructed by using the temporary arraying plate for arraying the metallic spheres; then, divide into two stages according to the diameter of the metallic sphere maintaining hole of said arraying plate; then, the of the metallic spheres with a small diameter could be removed, the second is constructed in accordance with using the temporary arraying plate and the metallic sphere supply apparatus to prevent the happening of abnormal attraction of the metallic spheres; then, shorten the required time of the metallic sphere attraction; the third is constructed by detecting the air flow velocity at the vacuum discharge path of the metallic sphere attraction mould to judge the abnormality in the metallic sphere attracting to the metallic sphere array mould. |
