Radiation sensitive composition for color filter |
abstract |
This invention is to provide a radiation sensitive composition for color filters capable of forming color filters having high reliability and having excellent transparency to radiation, contrast, etc. This composition contains (A) coloring agents of >=0.9 in the refining degree calculated by the equation: the refining degree = Y/X, (B) a photo-polymerization initiator, (C) a poly-functional monomer and (D) an alkali soluble resin, (where, X is a voltage holding rate at a measurement temperature of 60 DEG C and frame period 500 microseconds of a liquid crystal display element filled with nematic type liquid crystals; Y is the voltage holding rate at the measurement temperature of 60 DEG C and frame period 500 microseconds of the liquid crystal display element filled with the contaminated liquid crystal prepared by mixing 5 wt% coloring agents with the same nematic type liquid crystals in place of the nematic type liquid crystals, then removing a solid content). |
