titleOfInvention Display device and method for manufacturing the same
abstract The present invention provides a display device for improving the pattern of contact region, enhancing the successful percentage and obtaining the low-cost products. The edge regions of the pixel electrodes, which include the region between the signal line 22 and signal line 23 and the region along the scan line 20, are partially or totally provided with contact region 50, with said region connected to the pixel electrode 10 and the source electrode 40. The contact opening 52 can also be formed as a rectangular shape, or it can be provided with a plurality of contact openings. Besides, the parasitic capacitance is set to CX, the maximum value of pixel capacitance is set to COMAX, the voltage with the minimum transmission coefficient is set to VLCMIN, the voltage with the maximum transmission coefficient is set to VLCMAX, and the capacitance ratio RAC1 is set to RAC1=CX/C0MAX>VLCMAX/(VLCMIN-VLCMAX). Therefore, the pixel imperfection on the false surface can be reduced when a bad contact occurs.
