titleOfInvention Antibacterial powder paint, microwave oven using the same and manufacturing method of antibacterial paint film
abstract An antibacterial powder paint comprising a resin component and an antibacterial agent carrying a silver thiosulfate complex on silicon dioxide is presented. In this composition, when he antibacterial powder paint is applied to form a paint film, the antibacterial agent is buried in the coat film, and if the contact between the antibacterial agent and bacteria is blocked, growth of bacteria can be suppressed. In the microwave oven coated with the antibacterial powder paint in the oven compartment wall or the door wall, growth of bacteria adhered to the microwave oven can be suppressed, and the number of bacterial cells inhabiting the oven compartment wall and door wall can be decreasded, so that an excellent clean microwave oven is obtained.
