titleOfInvention | Method for producing EVA foam sport equipment |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing an EVA foam sport equipment, which comprises mixing EVA, foaming agent and cross linking agent in a predetermined proportion; making the mixture into a blank of sport equipment in quantitatively reduced proportion by calendering or integral injection; heating the blank of sport equipment in a formation mold at 180 DEG C for a specified time and then opening the mold to form a fully foamed and expanded sport equipment in proportion. Furthermore, when the sport equipment is in high temperature state, decorative plate(s) of different material, shape and hardness can be placed in the shaping mold according to a specified portion to be cooled and formed. The quantitatively reduced shaping mold can be heated locally or vacuumed so that the sport equipment can be made into a structure with an embossed pattern or embedded decorative plates of specific configuration. |
