titleOfInvention | Plasma display panel |
abstract | A plasma display panel is able to enlarge the range of the illumination area while fixing the size of the pixel. The adhension of the auxiliary electrode is improved to increase the productivity field. By changing the position of the auxiliary electrode formed in the process for manufacturing the plasma display panel, the auxiliary electrodes contact with not only the transparent electrodes but also the substrate, thereby improving the adhension of the auxiliary electrode. Furthermore, by shifting the position where the auxiliary electrode is formed to the outer side of the transparent electrode, the illumination area of the ITO electrodes is increased. |
