titleOfInvention Process for making molded article with natural serpentine grain from resin composition
abstract The present invention relates to a process for making a molded article with natural serpentine grain from a resin composition, which comprises cutting a serpentine wood into a substrate with a suitable configuration; mounting the substrate in a mold; filling the mold with a molten resin thereby injecting the resin into the substrate; after drying of the resin, dismantling the mold and removing the semi-product blank formed by the resin and the serpentine wood; mechanically processing the semi-product blank into a preliminary molding with a rough contour; and grinding and polishing the molding into a resin product with natural pattern.
