titleOfInvention Multicore cable and wire harness using same
abstract The present invention provides a multicore cable in which plural individual insulating wires with desired characteristics are arranged in desired order, and can be constituted in flat or involutional and a wire harness using it. Plural individual insulating wires 30a~30n are arranged in parallel with a given interval on surface of a flexible substrate 20, and are fused and fixed each other with ultrasonic-wave welding at a given longitudinal fusing position 32. Both side margins 21 of the substrate 20 are fused, contacted, and snap-fixed each other, and insulating wires 30a~30n are involved with a substrate 20. By releasing the fixing of the margins 21 and developing them to arrange the insulating wires 30a~30n in desired order and by pressure-bonding and ultrasonic-wave-welding them with a contact of a connector, a wire harness is provided.
