The present invention discloses a kind of nonaqueous electrolyte battery employing hydrogen lithium titanic acid with pH under 11.2 made from the acidification of lithium titanic acid or the hydrogen lithium titanic acid with the formula as H(x)Li(y-x)Ti(z)O4 ( but, y>=x>0, 0.8<=y<=2.7, 1.3<=z<=2.2 ) in the electrode active material. The hydrogen lithium titanic acid can be applied to any kind of anode active material and cathode active material and realize the charging capacity exceeding the theoretical capacity. The hydrogen lithium titanic acid is preferably of particle shape and with spacing in the particles, and the maximum particle diameter is 0.1~50 mu m, and the specific surface area is 0.01~300 M<2>/g. |
