titleOfInvention Fly back transformer, and its inductance adjusting method and device
abstract A kind of fly back transformer and its inductance adjusting method and device that the adjustable clearance between upper and lower cores needs no spacer between upper and lower iron core within the FBT; therefore, the adhesive reagent is added to the top of coupling portion of lower core installed in the FBT low pressure winding tube and the predetermined inductance between the coupled upper core on top of iron core bottom with a clearance located at the lower core which is obtained by hardening of adhesive and with no need for sustaining device of a separated clearance; and, the inductance in FBT can be precisely adjusted even with no need for mounting a spacer in the clearance between the upper and lower ferrite core of FBT and not only the clearance could always sustain the necessary inductance but also the clearance between upper and lower cores can be automatically sustained and coupled and fixed at a steady state; and without using the U-head to fix the upper and lower iron core that the quality of FBT can be standardized by sustaining a predetermined inductance of a iron core for preventing error inductance occurrence.
