titleOfInvention Bone formation transplant
abstract A bone formation transplant which is characterized in that supporting a bone induce factor on a composite porous body which having surface layer composed by living body absorption high polymer material on the surface of porous constituent composed by living body absorption hydrophilic material. In particular, it is related to a bone formation transplant wherein the living body absorption hydrophilic material is one or more than two compounds selected from the group consisting of gelatin, hyaluronic acid, hyaluronic acid derivative, collagen derivative, chitosan, chitosan derivative and alginic acid triethanolamine, the living body absorption high polymer material is one or more than two compounds selected from the group consisting of polylactic acid, polylactic acid polyglycolic acid copolymer, and poly [bis(p-carboxy phenoxy)propane] anhydride and sebacic acid copolymer. The bone formation transplant of present invention is excellent in formation and handling, and since possessing the internal construction suitable for the new bone formation in the living body, the approximately homogenesis bone formation is not only in the surface of transplant but also in the internal parts.
