abstract |
A kind of novel heteroaryl-oxazolidinones of the general formula and cubic isomer thereof and mixture of cubic isomer thereof and the salt, in which the R1 represents the group of D-R2 or -CO-R3 or -CONR4R5, in which D represents the group of carbon dioxide or sulfide oxide; R2 represents the trifluoride or the alkyl of normal chain or side chain; and R4 and R5 are same or different which is hydrogen and contains at most 3 carbon atoms and A is thienyl group, pyridine or quinoline; these substituents can be selectively chosen by at most two same or different substituents; those said substituents are chosen from chlorine, bromine, pyridazine, normal chain or side chain alkyl or alkoxyl which are composed at most five carbon atoms, pyrimidine and pyridazine which can be substituted by normal chain or side chain alkyl or alkoxyl with at most five carbon atoms. |
