abstract Preparation and use of novel reactive and processable fluororubbers, including (i) at least one fluorine-containing polymer (A), including iodine and residual bromo passing the covalent bond together with the polymer chain terminal carbon atom having at least one fluoride straight chain or branched C2-C8 olefine monomer being selectively substituted by other halo atoms, selected from fully fluorinated vinyl ether, non-fluorinated olefine and non-fluorinated vinyl ester, and 0.006-0.1% (mol), (ii) double-bond (I) compound (B) of 0.3-10% (weight) being sufficiently polymerized onto free radical fragment, and in conjugation with itself or the double bond (I) or having <pi> electron systems of easily transferible hydrogen atoms at olefine propyl and other double bonds or reactive radical groups, and (iii) at least another selective auxiliary material (C).
