abstract |
A process for the production of chitin chitosan adhesive, which is characterized in that: chitin having less than 0.2 wt% ash content, 20-250 CPS viscosity and less than 4 mm grain diameter is treated with an NaOH solution at 30-48wt% concentration at 40-95 DEG C for 10-300min to produce chitin chitosan, which is then cooled at 70-30 DEG C and treated with an NaOH solution for 10-60min to regulate the addition ratio of the NaOH; the resultant chitin chitosan is then pressed to a weight of 3-5 times based on the original weight of the raw material chitin at the temperature and further pulverized; CS2 in an amount of 28-80 wt% based on the raw material chitin is then added to the pulverized material under a reduced pressure to carry out the xanthating reaction at 20-35 DEG C for 2-4hr; crushed ice in an amount of 2.5-30 times based on the raw material chitin is subsequently added thereto and the obtained mixture is stirred for 2-30 hr and dissolved to spin the prepared chitin chitosan viscose. |
