abstract | A substituted oxazolidinones of the formula (I) and stereo isomer, stereo isomer mixtures and salts thereof, wherein A represents at most three 5-unit aryl heteroring groups selected from S, N and/or O heteroatoms bonded directly through carbon atom, and may have condensed benzol ring, or represents 6-unit aryl heteroring having at least one nitrogen atom bonded directly through carbon atom, or represents 6-unit double-ring aryl radical group bonded directly through carbon atoms, and under various circumstances, these rings can be selectively substituted at most three times in the same or different fashion by the following groups: halogen, phenyl or alkylthio having at most 6 carbon atoms, or substituted by straight or branched chain alkyl or alkenyl having at most 6-carbon respectively, where portions of these radical groups can be substituted by phenyl and/or pyridyl, while other portions can be substituted by alkyl or akoxy are straight chain or branched chain having at most 6-carbon respectively, or radical group of the formula (II) wherein R2 represents hydrogen, alkyl, alkylthio or phenyl-substituted alkenyl, in which alkyl and alkenyl are straight chain or branched chain, and having at most 6 carbon atoms, R3, R4, R5, R6 and R7 represent hydrogen, R8 represents hydrogen or straight or branched chain alkyl having 1-10 carbon, D and L are identical or different, and represent O or S, G represents O, and E represents S, R1 represents the following radical group: where R31 represents straight or branched chain alkyl having 1-6 carbon or -NR38R39 group, where R38 and R39 are the same or different, and represent hydrogen or straight or branched chain alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, R32 represents hydrogen or cyano, R33 represents hydrogen, straigh or branched chain alkyl having 1-4 carbon atoms or -NR40R41 radical group, in which R40 and R41 are the same or different, and represent hydrogen or straight or branched chain alkyl having 1 to 4 carbon atoms, h denotes 1, 2, 3 or 4, R34 represents hydrogen or straight or branched chain alkyl or benzyl having at most 6 carbon atoms, R35 and R36 are the same or different, and represent hydrogen or straight or branched chain alkyl having at most 6 carbon atoms, or R1 represents cyano or at most 3-, 5- or 7-unit saturated, partially saturated or unsaturated heteroring selected from S, N and/or O heteroatoms, which can be selectively substituted at most twice in the same or different fashion by benzyl or straight or branched chain alkyl having at most 5 carbon atoms through N functional group. |
