A substituted tertiary amino compound or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt of the following formula (I) (I) in which A is a single bond, C1-C6-alkylene or (group) n is an integer of 1~6; X is 0 or CH2; B ring is a pyrimidine ring, pyridazine ring or triazine ring; D ring and E ring can be the same or different each being optionally substituted by a group selected from halogen, cyano, cyano-C1-C6-alkyl, nitro, trifluoromethyl, C1-C6-alkylsulfonyl, or phenyl ring of C1-C6-alkylsulfonyl, thiazolyl ring, pyridyl ring, pyrimidine ring or benzofuaza, with the proviso that when both D ring and E ring are phenyl, at least one ring has substituent(s). |
