abstract The novel compounds of formula I and II provided in this invention are the two types of derivatives, which was preperated from (alpha)-methylene-(gamma)-butyrolactones and coumarin. In view that these compounds are found to be potent inhibitors of platelet aggregation. Compounds of formula I and II in which R1, R2, R3 represents H, C 1-6 alkyl, in which R represents C1-6 alkyl, benzene, group which is optionally substituted by one or more R4, R5, R6. In which R4, R5, R6 represents C1-6 alkyl, C1-7 alkoxyl, halogens.
