titleOfInvention A method of preparing expeditious, continuous production of dry, regenerated glue
abstract A method of preparing expeditious, continuous production of dry, regenerated glue is comprised of: Pre-heating steps: pre-heating 20~40 mesh of waste rubber powder with the weight percent of 20~84 kg, through a dry, sealed container to undergo 140~160 deg.C intermittent pre-heating; Mix-processing steps: placing pre-heated rubber powder on a conveyer belt and carrying it to a sealed, fast reacting container, mixing with many additives in making the oil with the weight percent of 7~32 kg, 5~20 kg of mineral additives, 3~18 kg weight percent of rosin, 1~10 kg of man-made zeolite mixed with waste rubber powder to yield 100 kg and then mixing with high speed motor to raise the temperature to 170~180 deg.C; directing the mixture to another tightly sealed cooling tub, mixing with low-speed motor to lower the temperature to below 60 deg.C; including additives of processing oil of moldable rubber softener, mineral additives as filler and enhancer, rosin to increase the viscosity of reactants and improve the processibility, man-made zeolite as catalyst to speed up the softening of rubber powder to reduce the reaction time and to ease the penetration of processing oil into the rubber powder, resulting in processing of waste rubber powder into regenerated glue; Refining step: refining the smelted pellets through the extrusion machine from regenerated rubber powder into regenerated glue.
