titleOfInvention High speed test die assembly for microwave circuit
abstract A measuring die assembly exclusive to the leadless surface mounting ceramic module, microwave circuit module and packaing includes a ceramic base plate body on whose front side there are integrated circuit module and its package, and on whose back side there is input/output interface circuit to be surface mounted with signal port, and a test base frame. The base frame includes: - a test base platform; - a test base frame well located on the test base platform, constitued from dovetailed metal wall of four sides, with inner wall of wide top and narrow bottom, with a ring plane table in the center for fixing the tested target and supplying the ground potenetial needed by the tested target. Each center of the four side metal walls has a round hole penetrating well wall; - coaxial to micro-strip transmission adapto, each adaptor is attached to the outer wall of the test base frame well, with a probe contacted with the soldered signal port through the round hole, and the internal signal of tested target is connected to the outside by the adaptor probe; External signal is input through the coaxil trasmission cable to the tested target.
