abstract A production process of polystyrene adhesive from recycled polystyrene foam, which comprises the steps of preparing a solution with 40~70 % of styrene (based on 100% of prepared solution), 20~45% of ethyl alcohol, 1~5 % of ketone, and 5~10% of unsaturated polyester acid, placing the solution in an enclosed reactor, inputting polystyrene foam into the solution in the reactor at a polystyrene foam: solution weight ratio of 1:0.5 to 1:1.5 to dissolve the polystyrene foam so as to obtain the adhesive.
