titleOfInvention | Process of recovering salt from brine waste water |
abstract | Process of recovering salt from high concentration of brine waste water, in which the salt concentration is above 1.5 wt%; the salt is NaCl or kcl; treating brine water with a crystallized can to deposit salt crystal by evaporation; controlling crystallizing rate to remove impurity; separating solid from solution to obtain salt coverd by organic impurity; the steps characterized in that: radiating the salt layer with far IR at 0.7fm-15fm wavelength at 600-300 deg.C for 3-30 minutes so that organic impurity is evaporated and decomposed; destroying organic carbon to obtain carbon residue; dissolving salt in water and filtrating brine water and carbon residue to purify the salt. |
