abstract A production method of 3-substituted-naphthylene[1,8-de]triazole[3,4-b][1,3]thiazine derivatives of the following formula (I) in which R is hydrogen, C1-C7 alkyl, C1-C3 haloalkyl with 1-3 halogen substituted group, aryl group, hydroxyl group, thiol group; comprising: 1) dehydrating 1-amino-8-sulfo-naphthalene to form 2-hydrogen-naphthylene[1,8-cd]isothiazolyl-1,1-dioxy; 2) reducing the 2-hydrogen-naphthylene[1,8-cd]isothiazolyl-1,1-dioxy to obtain 1-amino-8-naphthyl mercapto; 3) letting the 1-amino-8-naphthyl mercapto react with carbon disulfide to undergo cyclization and to obtain naphtthylene[1,8-de][1,3]-thiazine-2(3hydrogen)-thioxo intermediate; 4) letting the intermediate react with hydrated hydrazine to obtain 2-hydrazino-naphthylene[1,8-de][1,3]thiazine; 5) letting the 2-hydrazino-naphthylene[1,8-de][1,3]thiazine react with reactants capable of forming the R group to undergo cyclo-condensation and to obtain 3-substituted-naphthylene[1,8-de][1,2,4]triazole[3,4-b][1,3]thiazine(I).
