abstract | A novel heat ray reflective glass device which can reflect the infrared light in the single direction with high heat insulation and high light, which is characterized by comprising: (a) on the inner face of the transparent flat glass base plate facing outdoors being coated or electroplated with the required colors of regular crisscross stripes or retiary patterns consisted of circle or hexagonal patterns by a metal or metal oxide layer, the metal or metal oxide coated layer being selected from the metal such as gold, silver, platinum, copper, tin, zinc, chromium, titanium, aluminum, nickel, their alloys or oxides with a thickness of between 400 A and 1800 A; (b) on the metal or metal oxide layer patterns being sprayed or printed a black or gray ink coat of the same patterns as (a), the black or gray ink coat being selected from one or mixed colored ink of poly vinyl butyral, urethane resin, epoxy resin or methyl acrylate resin by spray coating or serigraphy, the thickness being between 0.04 mm-0.18mm; (c) on the inner face of the transparent flat glass base plate facing outdoors, besides the regular crisscross stripes or retiary patterns consisted of circle or hexagonal patterns by metal or metal oxide, having see-through or penetration slit part. |
