abstract An anti-oxidative composition is used for improving health of organisms. The anti-oxidative composition includes a broccoli bud extract and a radish bud extract. The broccoli bud extract is obtained by extracting a broccoli bud sample at 30-40°C by methanol for 2-4hours, while the radish bud extract is obtained by extracting a radish bud sample at 110-130°C by water for 5-10 minutes.
